The Montoya Urban Construction LLC
Starting as a general contractor that was based in Brownsville, Texas, the Montoya Urban Construction LLC founded by Engineer Cipriano Montoya Garcia, a civil engineer who graduated from Guadalajara University, began operations in 2004. Engr. Garcia who has more than 25 years of experience in the field of edification, heavy and highway construction and including but not limited to urbanization became an independent constructor in 1996. Since becoming an independent constructor, Engr. Garcia started to team up with Jose Gilberto Hernandez, in order to affect the landscape and urban constructions in the State of Texas. The company they have founded remains to operate within the State of Texas providing for the development of the state’s urbanization.
